You didn't want to hear about my resolutions for the Content Management department?? :) Looks like you're going to get them anyway:1) Expand the ways we present content to members and prospects. It's often said that someone has to see something 7 times before they remember or act on it -- but that doesn't mean those 7 times have to be presented in the same way - print, e-mail, online, social media, video, white papers, podcasts, blogs - all can be incorporated into content strategy.2) Even in the world of business-to-business, practice service journalism - useful, usable, used. What will your readers (or members) find so valuable that they "clip" out and post to their refrigerator? (Or share on Twitter...or link to ... you get the point).3) Find out what members think of our current content - are we reaching them where they are?
