These are some great ideas Laura; simple things that we don't always think about. Something as simple as updating your signature and voicemail is quick and easy. I think #5 is a great point and thanking even the small efforts of our members is something that every association should be doing. I try to include notes of appreciation in our e-newsletters but especially on our social networking sites. Posting a quick thank you note on our Facebook and Twitter is easy. The message reaches a large group of our members and allows others to respond and engage immediately. And who doesn't like to be publicly recognized?!
